In the past men and women pair bonded for reproduction purposes. Women NEEDED men for protection, shelter, and food. Time progressed to the modern day when we have birth control, vibrators, we have good jobs...we can afford to live alone. People speak of love, love means somehwhat different things to different people. Women, do you believe that you could change all male/female relationships with effort?
I ask you not to be defensive and thouroughly read all details. I believe that we as women hold the power to encourage more men to marry us, respect us, and be faithful to us.One of the biggest problems is promiscuity. Lets just say that every woman said NO, without the benefit of marriage, no man will touch me. A whole lot more men would be going to the altar. Not only because they are not getting any but you have demanded respect in that area.Another probem with promiscuity is that it causes women to fight among themselves. Why would a man want to commit if every other woman is giving him everything that he wants without the benefit of marriage.Another problem is some women buying men. Men have to stand up and be a man, that means working, I do not care what year it is.I will add additional details, but I do not want to overwhelm.Do not think I am excusing the men, I am not. We have so much power and we are not using it at all.

A male/female relationship turning male/male?
I was with a guy for 5 years I met him when I was 13. I now have 2 beautiful boys 3 & 1 and half years old and he and I broke up for awhile next thing I knew he calls me telling me he is living with someone else... I was kinda hurt as it was until.... he tells me it was with another guy... I mean I was in shock So a few months later I find that he is HIV positive. I have been checked and so have my kids.. THANK GOD it is negative but how does this happen I mean really? I tried thinking back at our relationship and NO SIGNS were there. Now I am 18 years old with 2 kids while their daddy doesn't pay child support and is living with another guy that actually came over today to talk smack to me dressed in drag Help Any Sugestions???? I could really use a friend. Thanks

" Titanic" without the boat God only knows what I will receive in response to this. Even as a joke this is pretty disturbing. Think Swift's " A Modest Proposal."

Interpretation question involving male/female relationship?
So, I came to a game he coached. He knew I wanted to come to one, so he suggested this particular one. He told me where and when. I didn't ask, but he did know I wanted to attend one. I waited after the game for hours because I thought he'd have a chance to at least say hi and maybe give me a kiss drove for an hour to get there, by the way . When I got nothing, not even a call or a text message I told him I was unhappy about it. The response I received was, " I didn't ask you to go to the game, you wanted to go" . Now I know how I feel that sounds and what it says to ME. But I'd like both some male and female input. Perhaps he's right and I'm wrong.

A question for the ladies: How does a man know when there is "chemistry" in a male/female relationship?
I know males and females think differently, but I'm confused and, admittedly infatuated. What are your thoughts on boundaries when a " chemistry" does exist in a relationship, but it is inappropriate to act upon it due to large age differences, religion differences, interracial issues, marital status, work environment, and other situations that would make a romantic arrangement ultimately a lose lose proposition for a particular situation? In your experience, how likely is it for the man to mistake friendship for " chemistry" over a period of weeks...Thanks for your responses Please include your ages if you are comfortable.
